This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd

respondent to consider the petitioner’s complaint dated 18.12.2025 and

to conduct an enquiry thereon within a time frame to be fixed by this

Hon’ble Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted

that the petitioner’s complaint has already been taken on file, enquired

into by the 2^nd respondent, and closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed.

However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the closure report, in

the manner known to law.
