2.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been taken up by the 1^st respondent for enquiry in Current Paper No.16939536 / C.M. Cell, and it has been forwarded to the 2^nd respondent for enquiry. He would further submit that the enquiry would be completed in due course. He would also submit that based on a complaint given by one Ravichandran, a case in Crime No.650 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025 has been registered against the petitioner and investigation is pending .

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2^nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry pending in Current Paper No.16939536 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
