Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to take necessary action based on the petitioner’s complaint dated 06.12.2025 and conclude the same within the time frame as fixed by this Hon’ble Court.

06.12.2025 and conclude the same within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up today for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been taken up by the 1st respondent for enquiry in Current Paper No.16939536 / C.M. Cell, and it has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent for enquiry. He would further submit that the enquiry would be completed in due course. He would also submit that based on a complaint given by one Ravichandran, a case in Crime No.650 of 2025 dated 24.09.2025 has been registered against the petitioner and investigation is pending .
3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry pending in Current Paper No.16939536 within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
