For Petitioner : Mr.V.G.Vallarasu Chezhiyan For Respondent : Mr.A.Kannan, Additional Government Pleader

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the sale deed presented by the petitioner in TP/240682968/2025 dated

27.11.2025.

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent on either sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since some third parties made objections to the sale deed presented by the petitioner, the respondent refused to register the same. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Per contra, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that no such sale deed was presented by the petitioner for registration. He would submit that once such sale deed is presented for registration, after giving due notice to the objectors, appropriate decision will be taken by the respondent.

6. I have given due consideration to the submission made on both sides.

7. Though the petitioner contends that he has presented the sale deed before the respondent for registration, according to the respondent, no such sale deed has been presented before them for registration. Therefore, this Court directs the petitioner to present the sale deed before the respondent for registration. On such presentation or if the sale deed is already available with the respondent and if there is any objection for registration of the same, the respondent is directed to issue due notice to all the parties, afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the objector, and thereafter, decided the matter in accordance with law.

8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
