ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Educational Agency running Nursing College seeking to quash the order passed by the second respondent herein, wherein the admission for the academic year 2025 to 2026 was withdrawn.

2. Pending writ petition, the second respondent was directed to make inspection of the institution and to find out whether the defects pointed out have been rectified or not. Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the second respondent has conducted inspection and only one defect, namely, the permission to undergo training in the Primary Health Centre was found to be not obtained.

3. On 13.01.2026, such permission has been granted by the 3^rd respondent herein. Therefore, as on today, there is no legal impediment whatsoever for the petitioner's institution to have admission of the students for the academic year

2025 to 2026.

4. In view of the subsequent developments, the orders impugned in the writ petition are hereby set aside and the second respondent is directed to approve the admission of the students made in the petitioner's College for the academic year 2025- 2026. Such orders shall be passed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
