COMMON ORDER

These Contempt Petitions are filed seeking to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.10.2022 passed in W.P.Nos.24512, 24719 & 24477 of 2022 respectively.

2. Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that, in pursuant to the contempt petitions, the respondents deposited the entire amount before this Registry including the admitted amount and disputed amount.

3. In view of the above submissions, this Court issues a direction to the Registry to release the admitted amount to the petitioners along with interest and to deposit the disputed amount in the interest bank account in the nationalized bank.

4. With the above directions, all the Contempt Petitions are closed.
