ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of order of this Court dated 29.07.2025 in W.P.No.27223 of 2025.

2 Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent/contemnor would submit that in compliance of order of this Court dated 29.07.2025, notice was issued and the petitioner actively participated in the enquiry proceedings and thereafter orders have also been passed and the same was duly served on the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader produced all the copies of the proceedings.

3 A perusal of the proceedings submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader reveal that the order of this Court dated 29.07.2025 has been complied with.

4 Hence the contempt petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law, if she is aggrieved against the orders passed by the respondent.
