J U D G M E N T The above criminal appeal has been preferred as against the judgment dated 27.01.2023 in S.C. No. 132 of 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Ariyalur, by which the appellant was convicted for the offences under Sections 376 and 417 IPC and sentenced to undergo 10 years rigorous imprisonment together with a fine of Rs.1,00,000/- carrying a default sentence of simple imprisonment for one year for the offence under Section 376(2)(n) IPC and to undergo one year rigorous imprisonmen
