ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging order dated

11.07.2025 passed by the first respondent and consequently, direct the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the promotion panel for the year 2025-2026 for the post of Director.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement in the Court bundle, today, to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner’s name is not considered for the panel for the promotion, the petitioner is at liberty to work your his remedy in the manner know to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
