ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed seeking a direction to the

2^nd respondent police to execute non bailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate (FTC Level), Theni in Crl.M.P.No.2174 of 2023 dated 26.12.2023 in S.T.C.No.114 of 2019 against 3^rd respondent. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that a statement was obtained from the mother of the accused that he had gone to Karnataka and had not returned. Hence, a Non Bailable Warrant issued against the 3^rd respondent which is not executed, so far.

3. The respondent police is directed to make sure that proper information is obtained from the mother of the accused and take necessary steps to produce him before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Post on 17.02.2026 for reporting compliance.
