Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 21.04.2025, which was given seeking approval of the petitioner appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent School and also for payment of salary, on merits within a stipulated time fixed by this Hon’ble Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 21.04.2025, which was given seeking approval of the petitioner appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent School and also for payment of salary, on merits within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representation dated 21.04.2025 to the fourth respondent seeking to approve the petitioner’s appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the fifth respondent School and for payment of salary, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.04.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
