By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the representations dated 08.03.2025, 01.07.2025 and 10.09.2025, with regard to payment of subsistence allowance to him.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner made representations dated 08.03.2025, 01.07.2025 and 10.09.2025 to the respondents seeking payment of subsistence allowance, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.03.2025, 01.07.2025 and 10.09.2025 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.
4.Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.03.2025, 01.07.2025 and 10.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
