For Petitioner : Mr.S.Udayakumar For Respondents : Mr.K.Tippusulthan, GA O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 07.08.2025 for the post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental) and to dispose of the same within the time schedule as fixed by this Court and consequently to direct the third and fourth respondent to reserve one post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental).
2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the notification dated 25.02.2025 for the post of Assistant Surgeon (Dental), the petitioner applied through on line and attended the examination and the results was published provisionally on 25.04.2025. He further submitted that as per the tentative answer key, the petitioner has secured 79 marks which is the cut off marks for SC, however on official website, 78 marks was shown for the petitioner and after due process, the results were published and the petitioner’s name was not considered. He submitted that the petitioner has sent mail as well as representations dated 31.07.2025 & 07.08.2025 respectively to the respondents to send him the final answer keys, however, there was no response and hence, the present petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 07.08.2025 and to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
