Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 to take necessary action as against the Respondent Nos.6 to 8 and consequently, take necessary criminal action as against the persons who are involved in the conspiracy of looting the petitioner’s property by considering the representations dated 05.05.2025 and 23.12.2025 to conduct a fair, proper and time-bound investigation into the acts complained of.
ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. No costs.
