The de facto complainant has preferred the above Criminal Revision Case challenging the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.16251 of 2024 in C.C.No.1741 of 2022, by which the petition filed under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by the State was dismissed.
