ORDER

This writ petition has been seeking directions to the respondent to provide necessary police protection for the sports meet scheduled on 15.01.2026 and

16.01.2026 at Afternoon 12.00 PM to evening 5.00 PM, respectively, scheduled at near Anganwadi, North Subramaniyapuram Village, Kayathar Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and the same was rejected by the respondent police.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent, it is open to him to challenge the rejection order as per law. There shall be no order as to costs.
