ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to issue the petitioner's 'Certificate of Course Completion' in M.Phil (Mathematics) for the academic year 2016-17, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Upon perusal of the representation of the petitioner, it is stated that petitioner has completed the course and is therefore is entitled to
