This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation dated 31.09.2025 submitted under Section 152 of the BNSS, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Civil Side), appearing for the

1st respondent, submitted that the said representation is pending before the 1st respondent and that the same will be considered in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

4. Recording the said submission, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 31.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
