O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the second respondent to initiate enquiry as against the respondents 4 and 5 based upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 29.06.2022.

2. A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner to the second respondent reveals that the petitioner has alleged that the respondents 4 and 5 in the writ petition have misappropriated funds. Hence, he lodged a complaint. Since no action has been initiated, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the official respondents brought to the notice of this Court that an FIR in Crime No.10 of 2023, dated 15.11.2023 on the file of the first Vigilance and Anti-Corruption, Tirunelveli District as against some of the officials.

4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.06.2022 and pass orders after giving due opportunity to the respondents 4 and 5. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above said observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
