O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the third respondent to award marks to the petitioner for question Nos.4, 57, 141, which were deleted for evaluation after examinations.

2. The petitioner herein had appeared for P.G.Assistant (English) post, which was conducted by the third respondent. According to the petitioner, after conclusion of the examinations, the third respondent had deleted question Nos.4, 57, 141 from being evaluated. According to the petitioner, the deletion is wrong and the petitioner should be awarded with marks.

3. This Court is not in a position to accept the said contention. The deletion of these three questions has not been put to challenge either by the writ petitioner or by any other candidate. When the questions have been deleted for all the candidates, who appeared in the examinations, the petitioner alone cannot be awarded marks for these questions. In such view of matter, there are no merits in the present writ petition.

4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
