ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned auction notice dated 30.09.2022 relating to fishing rights in 44 tanks in Vasudevanallur Panchayat Union.

2.A perusal of the tender notification reveals that it was issued for a period of one year, from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2023. Since the period covered under the impugned tender notification has already expired, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.This Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
