Challenging the list of candidates called for certificate verification, pursuant to the Notification No.2 of 2025, dated 10.07.2025, for Direct Recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant/Physical Director Grade I/Computer Instructor Grade I, School Education Department, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.Today(09.01.2026), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions are closed.
