ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4 and the learned Government Advocate for R5. Issuance of notice to R6 to R9 is dispensed with.

2. It is not in dispute that Survey No.132/2 has been classified as water body. It is seen that steps are being taken to illegally construct a temple. It is the duty of the authority to ensure that no such construction comes up.

Whatever construction which has already been put up shall also be cleared.

3. The Writ Petition is allowed accordingly. No costs.
