The petitioner is working as a Assistant Professor in the third respondent College. He was placed under suspension by the order impugned in this writ petition, dated 14.10.2025.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the third and fourth respondent submits that the order of suspension dated 14.10.2025 has already been revoked by a proceedings dated 05.01.2026.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
