ORDER

The petitioner, a Post Graduate, applied for the post of Post

Graduate Assistant pursuant to the notification issued by the

Teacher Recruitment Board dated 10.07.2025. The petitioner

claims that she has written the examination in a proper manner

and she is expecting more marks. However, she has not been

awarded with marks, even for the right answers. Therefore, the

petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to

furnish a copy of the OMR Sheet / Answer sheet to the petitioner

in OMR Answer Sheet No.751470 and Roll No.25PG0838170130 in

the examination conducted by the second respondent on

12.10.2025 and further direct the respondents to reevaluate the

OMR Answer Sheet of the petitioner by considering the

petitioner’s representation dated 09.12.2025.

2.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader

takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.T.Amjad Khan,

learned Government Advocate takes notice for the second

respondent. They raise serious objection for the relief sought for

in this writ petition and seek time to file their response.

3.This Court is not inclined to entertain the second portion of

the prayer. However, the petitioner is entitled for the copy of the

OMR sheet written by her in the examination conducted by the

second respondent. Therefore, this writ petition is partly-allowed

with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the OMR

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
