ORDER

The petitioner, who is working as Physical Director Grade-I, has submitted a representation, dated 30.05.2022 to consider seniority for the post of District Inspector of Physical Education in the ratio of 1:1 and has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to consider the above representation.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the proceedings issued by the third respondent, dated 01.12.2025, submits that the request of the petitioner was duly considered and it was rejected. A copy of the proceedings has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
