...Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order of transfer passed by the 3rd and 2nd respondent vide their proceedings in No.A2/008436/2025 dated 14.05.2025 respectively and the consequential deputation orders issued by the 2nd respondent vide his impugned Proceedings in No.E4/Edn./Course Teacher Deputation/014283/2025 dated 22.08.2025 and No.E4/Edn./Course Teacher Deputation/017816/2025 dated 08.10.2025 and impugned Email communication sent to the 5th respondent by the 4th respondent based on the direction of the 2nd respondent and quash all the same as ultravires and against the principles of natural justice in so far as I am concerned and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 to allow me to continue in the 8th respondent institute at Madurai.

ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed, seeking a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order of transfer passed by the 3rd and 2nd respondent vide their proceedings in No.A2/008436/2025 dated 14.05.2025 respectively and the consequential deputation orders issued by the 2nd respondent vide his impugned Proceedings in No.E4/Edn./Course Teacher Deputation/014283/2025 dated 22.08.2025 and No.E4/Edn./Course Teacher Deputation/017816/2025 dated 08.10.2025 and impugned Email communication sent to the 5th respondent by the 4th respondent based on the direction of the 2nd respondent and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to allow me to continue in the 8th respondent institute at Madurai.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is currently working as a Professor in the 8th respondent College. While so, the 9th respondent, who was working as Professor in the Agricultural College College at Madurai, had pressurized the petitioner to give fake bills to claim the funds spent for scheme projects executed by him at Virudhunagar and the petitioner refused to claim bogus bills. Having thus created enmity, after being appointed as the Registrar of the 2nd respondent University and being Vice-Chancellor in-charge, he started harassing the petitioner by misusing his official position.
3. The petitioner was transferred from the 8th respondent institute to the 6th respondent institute by proceedings dated 14.05.2025 by the third respondent. On the very same date, by another proceeding, the second respondent transferred the petitioner to the 5th respondent institute. Thereafter, the petitioner had also joined the
