Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to pass orders for regularizing the period of service of the Petitioner in the post of Cook for the period from 28.07.2022 to 06.03.2023 with all consequential and other attendant service benefits including time scale of pay and monetary benefits, in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 05.02.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents to pass orders for regularizing the period of service of the Petitioner in the post of Cook for the period from 28.07.2022 to 06.03.2023 with all consequential and other attendant service benefits including time scale of pay and monetary benefits, in consideration of representation submitted by the Petitioner dated 05.02.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
