ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned staff fixation order settled by the fourth respondent, namely the Chief Educational Officer, for the academic year 2017–2018, in Mu.Mu.No.6325/A2/2017 dated

02.11.2017.

2. This Court, by order dated 24.11.2025, had allowed a similar writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.20585 of 2017.

3. Following the same, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned staff fixation order settled by the fourth respondent, Chief Educational Officer, for the academic year 2017–2018 in Mu.Mu.No.6325/A2/2017 dated 02.11.2017 is quashed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
