ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings of the second respondent/District Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.5177/Aa3/2016 dated 06.09.2016, settling the staff fixation for the petitioner school for the academic year 2016–2017.

2. This Court, by order dated 24.11.2025, had allowed a similar writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.20585 of 2017.

3. Following the same, this writ petition is allowed. The impugned proceedings of the second respondent/District Educational Officer in Na.Ka.No.5177/Aa3/2016 dated 06.09.2016, settling the staff fixation for the petitioner school for the academic year 2016–2017, is quashed. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
