ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 CrPC /

Section 528 BNSS, seeking to quash the First Information Report in Crime No. 122 of 2025 on the file of the 1^st respondent Police Station, insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. A civil dispute was pending between the families of the petitioners and the defacto complainant. The 1^st petitioner is the brother- in-law of the defacto complainant, while the 2^nd petitioner is the son of the 1^st pe
