Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent herein to consider and pass order on the Revision Petition of the Petitioner dated 29.09.2025, within any reasonable time as this Court.
ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his revision petition dated 29.09.2025 pending on the file of the respondent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petitioner’s revision petition dated 29.09.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner’s revision petition dated 29.09.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s revision petition dated 29.09.2025. No Costs.
