The Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the order of the

learned Single Judge made in W.P(MD)No.36344 of 2025, dated

18.12.2025.

2.Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Additional Government Pleader

takes notice for the respondent.

3.The Petitioner/appellant herein is a purchaser and

challenging the refusal slip issued by the respondent, the appellant

has filed a frivolous Writ Petition challenging the refusal slip

issued by the Sub-Registrar, pursuant to the Court degree which

has cancelled the title deed for want of conveyance of property.

Two more reasons are given for issuance of refusal slip.

Contesting the said reasons, the Petitioner ought to have

approached the appellate authority under Section 73-A of the

Registration Act instead of filing this Writ Petition. The learned

Single Judge had rightly dismissed the Writ Petition. Being

aggrieved by the said order, the appellant/Petitioner has filed this

appeal which is equally frivolous as that of the Writ Petition. The

appellant herein has to explain to the appellate authority about the

Civil Court Decree which stands in the way of registration and

convince the appellate authority. These facts cannot be tested in

the Writ Court.
