ORDER

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife named P.Chitra aged about 33 years, born on

22.10.1992.

2 Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 03.02.2026, the respondents secured the petitioner’s wife and produced before this Court today.

3 On enquiry by this Court, the detenue has informed that she only on her own wish went along with the third respondent. Therefore it is clear that the petitioner’s wife has not been detained illegally and she only went along with third respondent and it appears that there is family dispute between the petitioner and his wife.

4 In view of the above facts and since there is no illegal detention, this Court is not inclined to exercise power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

5 Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law before the competent forum.
