O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the third respondent herein wherein the request of the petitioner for issuance of legal heir certificate for the death of his father has been rejected.

2.A perusal of the impugned order reveals that his father has got converted to Islam and he has got two wives and in view of dispute between the legal heirs, the third respondent is directed the concerned legal heir to approach the competent civil Court.

3.In view of the availability of alternative appeal remedy before the second respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the second respondent by way of an appeal. No costs.
