This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order dated

30.11.2022 passed in I.A.No.2 of 2022 in O.S.No.192 of 2022 by the learned II Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the suit in O.S.No.192 of 2022, on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Nagercoil, had already been disposed of and judgment pronounced on 01.01.2024. Hence, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and the same need not be kept pending.
