of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.7510/Aa2/2017 dated 27.12.2017 holding the

post of BT Assistant (Science) as surplus and thereby deploying Mr.Packiaraj

from the Thiru Iruthaya Higher Secondary school, Mela Elanthaikulam,

Tirunelveli District to another school namely St.Arulappar Higher Secondary

School, Avudaiyanur, Tirunelveli District, quash the same.
