Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus by directing the Respondents to adjust the license fee of Rs.5,18,400/- paid by the Petitioner for the Licensed Hoarding bearing License No. 51/2024-25(P.H), erected at New No.642, Old No.487, Anna Salai, Teynampet (Nandanam), Chennai - 600035 for the license year 2025-26 (2nd year) towards the license fee of any other Licensed Hoarding erected by the Petitioner, based on the Petitioner's representations dated 18.08.2025, 03.09.2025, 18.11.2025 and 18.12.2025 within a specified time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Petitioner is seeking a direction to respondents for consideration of its application for adjustment of license fee.
The prayer of petitioner cannot be considered, as, there is no subsisting right to seek adjustment or withdrawal of license fee under the Scheme of the Act.
Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
