ORDER
The petitioners seek for quash of the charge sheet in CC No.251 of 2018 on the file Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submitted that the case in C.C. No. 251 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Nagercoil, had already been concluded and that the petitioners herein were acquitted by the trial Court.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is closed.
