O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to conduct the temple festival of Arulmigu Malayandi Swami Temple, located at Kavalkaranpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, scheduled to be held on 16.02.2026, by the officials of the HR & CE Department, based on the petitioner’s representations dated 27.01.2026 and 03.02.2026 submitted to the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner’s representations have been taken into consideration and that a Special Officer has been appointed, who is taking necessary steps to conduct the festival.

3. In view of the above submission, since the petitioner’s representations have already been considered and a Special Officer has been appointed to conduct the festival which is scheduled to be held on 16.02.2026, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.

4. Recording the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
