O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to complete the process of revising the contradictions in fixation of guideline value in respect of petitioner's property in survey No.438/1A, Karungulam Village, Srivaikuntam Registrar office in continuation of 1st respondents proceedings in Na.Ka.No.17322/L2/2025 within the time limit fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner preferred a petition to the 2nd respondent for fixation of guideline value in respect of petitioner's property in survey No.438/1A, Karungulam Village, Srivaikuntam Registrar office in continuation of 1st respondents proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 17322/L2/2025. However, since no action has not been taken, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the fixation of valuation is pending before the 2nd respondent and within a considerable time, the same would be concluded.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to expedite the process and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
