ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

Challenge to the construction by the 9^th respondent on the ground of it being in serious violation of the guidelines and norms in the matter of running private schools, is the issue raised in this petition.

2. The status report filed by the respondents states that the construction, which, at the inception was illegal, has now been regularised under the existing rules and guidelines. Without challenge to the regularisation, no further proceedings can be drawn.

Therefore, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take such remedy as may be available, if the petitioner intends to challenge the action and the order of regularisation of construction. There shall be no order as to costs.
