O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the tender notification issued by the second respondent on 29.01.2026 and quash the Paragraph No.4.1(C) and Paragraph No. 4.1(D)(vi) of the tender conditions as illegal and arbitrary.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent brought to the notice of this Court that the tender notification itself has been cancelled and they have proposed to issue fresh notification.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
