This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 17.10.2024 made in H.M.O.P.No.48 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Dindigul, wherein the divorce petition filed by the respondent was allowed.

2. While pending appeal, the appellant and the respondent settled their issues amicably between themselves and entered into a joint memo of compromise on 10.02.2026. Today, both the appellant and the respondent are present before this Court and deposed that the entire issues have been settled between them and they have no objec
