The present Writ Petition has been filed to consider the objection filed by the petitioner in pursuance of the notice issued under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 [hereinafter referred to as “the Act”].
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have already been served with notice under Section 7 of the Act for which they have submitted their reply and such reply has to be considered by the respondents.
3. At this juncture, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the objection of the petitioner will be considered and final decision according to the Scheme of the Act would be taken within a reasonable time.
4. In view of the very submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, we do not find any ground to entertain the present Writ Petition under the Scheme of the Act.
5. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
