ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of the petition, documents and the enquiry report relied upon in the proceedings, dated 30.12.2025.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that even though she has received summons in the impugned proceedings from the official respondents, she has not been furnished with the copy of the petition, documents and enquiry report. The impugned proceedings were initiated pursuant to a representation given by the 3rd respondent. When the petitioner has been called upon to come for enquiry in the impugned proceedings, necessarily, all the relevant documents, which includes the copy of the petition, have to be furnished to the petitioner. Since the same has not been furnished, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the 3rd respondent in this writ petition, notice to the

3rd respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to furnish a copy of the petition, documents, etc., to the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, in respect of the impugned enquiry proceedings conducted by the 1st respondent.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to furnish the petitioner all the documents relied upon in the enquiry proceedings, which includes the representation given by the 3rd respondent and if there is an enquiry report, also furnish a copy of the same, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
