ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to re-classify the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as patta land and thereafter, issue patta in the name of the petitioner, based on her representation, dated 29.12.2025.

2. The petitioner claims that she is in possession of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition for a long number of years. The petitioner seeks for re-classifaction of the subject property as patta land of the petitioner. The petitioner also seeks for issuance of patta in her name for the subject property. The petitioner had given a representation on 29.12.2025 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1^st respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner’s representation, dated 29.12.2025 seeking for re-classification of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition as patta land and thereafter, issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the subject property, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
