2. Heard both sides.

3.The fifth respondent/Thasildar is directed to conduct peace committee meeting by calling the petitioner and his cousin namely, Naganathan and pass pass appropriate orders. As far as the other villagers are concerned they are at liberty to worship as per their customary rights and their rituals. And the same cannot be disturbed by the petitioner as well as the Naganathan and the official respondents.

4. With this clarification, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
