The petitioner, with a grievance that her juniors have been promoted and posted as Assistant (Accounts), submitted a representation and also filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, by referring to a Memo dated 03.01.2026 submits that the petitioner's name has already been included in the panel for promotion to the post of Assistant (Accounts) on 11.04.2017. Therefore, according to him, the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. A copy of the Memo has also been furnished to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
