This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2025 and to take necessary action in accordance with law within a time period fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that, upon receipt of the petitioner’s representation, the second respondent forwarded the same to the Inspector, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Devakottai. He further submitted that necessary action has already been initiated and that an enquiry is scheduled to be held on 13.02.2026.

3. In view of the above submission, no further directions are required in this case and the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
