O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition for the same relief, if the petitioner is not permitted to perform Mandagapadi and Annathanam at the Nacharammal Trust Mandapam, Vandiyur, Madurai during the ceremonial visit of A/m.Lord Kallazhagar as part of Chithirai festival.

2. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
